We carry out detail engineering of process plant, utilities and offsites and have executed many projects, which are in operation. The services are provided for recovery units, battery limit process plants and grass root facilities. We have well experienced team of engineers, associates and draftsmen to provide detail engineering services for fabricated equipment, rotating equipment, civil and structural, electrical, instrument and piping. We have provided detail engineering services for over 100 projects and mechanical design for many distillation units. A reference list is attached herewith.

We use engineering software for carrying out the design and practically all our documents are in electronic form. Presently we use AutoCAD 14.0 and Auto plant piping software for carrying out piping engineering work. The services provided by us cover wide variety of projects as described below:

We have engineered plants to recover anhydrous ammonia requiring design pressure of 25 Kg/cm2g. We have also designed hydrogenation units requiring similar design pressure. Also, we have designed system requiring high pressure (over 100 Kg/cm2 g) and high temperature (over 300°C). Recently, we have carried out mechanical design of heat exchanger, which operates at 180 Kg/cm2 g for Reliance Industries Ltd.

We have provided engineering services for oil and gas separation to ONGC and for benzene recovery to Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. Also, we have carried out design for selective hydrogenation of Butadiene.

We have carried out engineering for plants to recover ammonia from effluent by processing the effluent in a continuous manner. Additionally, we have provided services for plants like Alum, Aluminium hydroxide, Aluminium chloride etc.
